About the Institute
abratha Institute of Science and Technology was established in 1997. The institute has six academic departments comprising a broad range of professional divisions. The city, where Sabratha is located, is famous biochemistry industries (Mellitah Oil & Gas B.V Sabratha Site), for archaeological sites (e.g. Roman Theatre in Sabratha), and agriculture.

Sabratha Higher Institute for Science and Technology will be the institute of Choice for the students in Libya by 2025. It will be the institute will be the source for exceptional educational opportunities. It will be a student-centered research institute and academic community united in its commitment to enhance the quality of life for the local society and the world.
